How to read a Risk Radar alert

Anatomy of an alert

• Severity: low, medium, high — set by you when logging the alert.
• Source: where you saw the signal (review, AI answer, social post, news, internal).
• Status: open, monitoring, mitigated, archived.
• Evidence: links to the underlying review, snapshot, or competitor record.

What we never do

We do not auto-score severity using opaque models, and we do not surface fake 'trending risk' numbers. Every alert is something a human in your workspace logged.
