How to manually capture an AI answer

Steps

• Open AI Visibility and select a prompt.
• Click 'Capture answer'.
• Choose the provider/model you ran the prompt against, paste the response verbatim, and add the run date.
• Tick the claims that were present, list any missing claims, and tag mentioned competitors.
• Save. The snapshot becomes part of the prompt's evidence trail.

Why manual matters

A captured snapshot is reproducible: anyone on your team can see exactly which words an assistant used, on which date, against which prompt. No automated pipeline is silently rewriting history.
